Trowbridge Future

Trowbridge Future enhances the lives of the communities of Trowbridge, by supporting the most vulnerable to enable the change they want to see in their lives.

Trowbridge Future aims to provide local people with the opportunities to come together, build stronger relationships, help local people feel better about where they live and support them to improve their community and the things that matter to them.

9Trees

9Trees was formed in 2018 by Michael Cunningham, an experienced habitat and business manager. In 2019 he was joined by Ash Kent, an experienced countryside and habitat manager. We now have a team of amazing volunteers who’ve joined us.

Our vision is to tackle climate change by restoring new woodland habitats, promote biodiversity, create jobs within the countryside sector and connect more people to nature.

We are a Community Interest Company, ploughing any profits back into good schemes, training and education.

Children's Book Project

The Children’s Book Project is a registered charity. We work with settings across the UK to redistribute thousands of new and gently used books to children and their families.

Founder Liberty Venn is a researcher and parent of two children living in West London. In the course of her work with literacy-oriented charities and with children’s publishers she became aware of the positive role that early access to books plays in children’s development and in their outcomes.

She is passionate about helping children to enjoy books and to read for pleasure. Where children become immersed in stories and with characters, they enjoy themselves and without realising, their literacy improves.

Cash For Kids

Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity helping the children that need it most across the UK.

Our mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in our communities who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs. We believe that all children should be able to express their individuality, achieve their potential and live life to the full.

We work with grass-roots organisations that aim to make a difference to young lives, directly supporting families who often have nowhere else to go.

Collectively Cash for Kids raised £20.4 million across the UK in 2022, supporting 489,409 children.
